Sooooo Im kind of technology dumb. Blog set up for dummies, that’s the book I need. Although I wouldn’t have time to read it. I sought after the help to put this all together from a good friend, and as I’m sitting, watching in awe at her point, click, copy, paste, save, I consider if this is something I’m actually going to keep up. I work way more than full time as a Veterinary Nurse, am taking small steps to make changes in my career into fitness realm (I dunno yet what I want to do but small steps), and my time for lifting…well, that’s a given and no one dare ask me to change that. It’s my sanction, my salvation. The only time the weight of the world is not resting on mine and mine alone shoulders. Anyway, we take a break, and I warm up my preprepped chicken breast I brought along with me in my handy cooler. #bodybuilderslife. I eat my 4oz along with 2 rice cakes, and she says to me “that’s not all you’re eating, is it? Because that’s not much at all”. Lol. The brunt of my macros (IIFYM) have already been eaten throughout the day and I still have some protein to get in before bed. We wrap up and I’m on my way home. But not until I pull into 7-eleven to grab that all too addicting Quest chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar (effffff meeeeee). Sex in my mouth. I’m wrapping up this blog post in the 7-eleven parking lot actually so yes, I can cram this bar into my cake hole. Night.
